The claim is supported: the Manchester Evening News reported that Carol Vorderman wrote directly to more than 6,000 women in Makerfield, and HOPE not hate’s own post said the letter was delivered to 6,000 women there. The only caveat is that the item was described as a letter, not a leaflet.
